  Went here for the first time a couple of weekends ago. When we walked in, the staff was less than welcoming. The cashier said what do you want. I told her we had never been there before so we didn't know. She was only slightly helpful when answering my questions. We sat down to wait on our custard and we probably sat their 10 minutes before mine was brought over. I had ordered a turtle. The custard was so runny it looked more like milk. I immediately took it back up to the counter. A very nice gentleman apologized as soon as he saw it and offered to make me a new one with chocolate instead of vanilla. He asked if I wanted the turtle again or the brownie. I asked which he thought was better. He contemplated for a second and said he would fix me up. I went back to our table. My husband still hadn't gotten his. The same gentleman approached the table and asked if it would be okay to make his with chocolate as well because they were having problems with the vanilla. He said that was fine and the gentleman went to work. He brought back my husbands concrete and brought me a turtle and a brownie. They were both great! I think had the original service been better and the vanilla not been so runny, it would have been much better. I cannot thank the guy who made it right enough. I didn't catch his name but he provided excellent customer service that I have not yet forgotten. He is the reason the stars aren't lower. Great job to you sir. Keep up the great work.

  Walked in, didn't get a hello, or any SORT of greeting. Stood there for about 10 minutes. Unhelped. But noticed. All these workers there and no one can even greet you. Front counter girl looked right at us and couldn't even say I'll be right with you. Pretty upset cause I heard good things about the food & this was my first and probably my Last visit. Walked out with nothing. And ended up going somewhere else. For being one of the only places in town like this I expected more. But what can I say. Unfortunately I'll never know if it's good or not. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place. Not worth the disrespect.

  I loved Freddy's, don't get me wrong. However the service is next to none. Along with how long it takes to make an order. I have been multiple times and it seems anytime you go in the drive thru they just can't get an order right. Despite there being not a single customer it still take 15-20 min to receive your order. When you wait that long you would think  that at least a simple order would be right. I love their food but when my order is incorrect time after time it makes going back harder each time
  
  (Their 'local franchise group' never gets back to you despite multiple efforts of them being contacted.)

  Never been here before and was pleasantly surprised.  For fastfood, I found it tasty and enjoyable but more than that, I was stunned by how the young crew was polite and professional.  As an employer, I like to watch other people's teams work and behave when they dont think customers are watching.  The young manager was bust, the team was busy keeping the restaurant clean and the customers served.

  I was not impressed, Too pricey, the burger was good, prefer thicker fries, but the price is what will keep me from returning, over $10 for a burger and fries!!?? No thank you If I am going to pay that price I will go to a restaurant.
